The Brief
Mabell Property, based at 60 Rue François 1er in Paris, positions itself as "real estate de collection" — properties treated as collectible pieces. The website had to feel like a private gallery, not a listings portal, and satisfy French regulatory requirements.
The Build
- Seven bespoke pages — home, collection, property detail, maison, journal, legal and contact — each art-directed individually.
- Multilingual architecture serving Italian, French and English with language-aware navigation and metadata.
- SVG architectural drawings created in code: elevations and floor-plan motifs drawn as vector art, weightless and razor-sharp on any display.
- Zero frameworks: pure HTML/CSS/JS for maximum performance — the entire site loads faster than a single hero image on a typical agency template.
- CNIL / GDPR compliance: cookie policy, consent handling and a full French legal framework.

Outcome
A digital presence that matches the positioning of the house: quiet, precise, collectible. The multi-page structure gives every property room to breathe, and the framework-free build keeps it maintainable for years without dependency rot.
